We are seeking an experienced Marketing Growth & Partnership Manager to join our Marketing team in Dar es Salaam. This pivotal role is responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for AzamPesa. By combining growth marketing techniques with strategic partnerships, you will play a key role in scaling our user base and increasing product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for AzamPesa.
- Partnership Management: Build and manage relationships with external partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Media Representation: Serve as a key spokesperson for AzamPesa, representing the brand in media interviews, community events, and industry forums.
- Campaign Coordination: Oversee and participate in radio and TV interviews, ensuring that all media engagements align with our marketing strategy and brand voice.
- Content Creation: Manage the creation of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials that support marketing and PR campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives aligned with AzamPesa’s business goals.
- Brand Monitoring: Analyze and adjust branding efforts to improve brand perception and reach, ensuring positive media coverage.
- Media Relations: Act as the liaison between AzamPesa and external PR agencies or media outlets, maintaining strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or partnerships management.
- Proven track record of driving growth and successful partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
