HumanValue Consulting Limited is recruiting for a confidential client. A degree in Sales and Marketing or Engineering and at least three years of sales experience in the tyre or automotive industry are required.

Applicants should be skilled at pitching, closing, converting leads and serving customers, with excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role requires integrity, initiative, teamwork, the ability to get up to speed quickly and willingness to travel upcountry to find customers.

Gross monthly salary: TZS 1,000,000, with a potential increase to TZS 1,250,000 after six months, subject to meeting monthly KPIs. Women are encouraged to apply. Applications close on 16 November 2026.
