CSV fields: record_id, customer_ref_synthetic, operating_region, status, handling_minutes, transaction_tzs, channel, injected_duplicate_hint.
02 · Solution contract
Accepted record: nonempty ID; unique ID; finite nonnegative amount; positive handling time; allowed status; region and customer reference present.
Exception policy: record defects, never silently repair business data; route the rejected item to a reviewer with a named reason.
This is a demonstration validator. Real financial, medical and regulated workflows require domain-specific controls, approvals, authentication and reconciliation.
