Job Overview

Kilombero Sugar Company Limited (KSCL) is inviting ambitious and high-performing graduates to join its prestigious Manager In Training (MIT) Programme - Finance. This structured leadership development programme is designed to build the next generation of finance professionals and future business leaders within Tanzania's leading agribusiness sector. [

Participants will gain hands-on exposure to financial management, reporting, budgeting, risk management, internal controls, and strategic decision-making while working alongside experienced finance professionals. The programme combines practical projects, coaching, mentorship, and business exposure to accelerate career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured finance development programmes.

Support budgeting, financial reporting and management accounting activities.

Contribute to financial analysis and business decision-making.

Participate in business improvement initiatives.

Learn risk management and internal control processes.

Complete assigned projects and performance milestones.

Engage in mentoring and coaching programmes.

Develop leadership and professional competencies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration (Finance), or related field.

Graduated between 2024 and 2026.

Upper Second Class GPA or above.

CPA qualification is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
