By accessing and using JobsTanzania, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Job Postings

Employers must ensure job postings are accurate, legal, and non-discriminatory. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines or Tanzanian employment laws.

4. Services

Our CV writing and LinkedIn polishing services are delivered within the stated timeframe. Revisions are included as specified in the service description.

5. Payments

Job posting fees are non-refundable once a listing is published. Service fees are charged upfront and refundable only if the service has not been started.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on JobsTanzania is owned by us or our users. Job listings remain the property of the posting employer. CVs and applications remain the property of the applicant.

7. Limitation of Liability

JobsTanzania is a platform connecting employers and job seekers. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or the accuracy of user-submitted content.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Tanzania.
