1. Graduate Interns – Research & Management Consultancy

📍 ESAMI Headquarters

Key Responsibilities

• Support research and consultancy assignments.
• Support data analysis.
• Assist with proposal and report development.
• Support management of consultant and researcher databases.
• Assist with project pipeline management.
• Support events.
• Assist with general Directorate operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent in Business Administration, Data Science, Research or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Commerce, Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
• Only candidates with First Class or Upper Second Class Honours will be considered.
• Membership in a professional body in good standing.
• One year of working experience.
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in a consultancy firm, research institution or project-management setting is an added advantage.

2. Marketing Officer Intern

📍 ESAMI Dodoma Office – Tanzania

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development and marketing.
• Support client relationship management.
• Assist with office operations.
• Support programme coordination.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to strengthening ESAMI’s presence in Dodoma.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline.
• Only candidates with First Class or Upper Second Class will be considered.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, market research and database management is desirable.
• Previous internship, volunteering or practical exposure to marketing, events, customer service or communications is an added advantage.

3. Client Relationship Officer Intern

📍 ESAMI Dar es Salaam Office – Tanzania

Key Responsibilities

• Support client engagement.
• Assist with programme coordination.
• Support admissions and participant services.
• Assist with office administration and logistics.
• Support stakeholder relations.
• Contribute to excellent client experience and effective programme delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Public Relations, Customer Service or another related field.
• Only candidates with First Class or Upper Second Class will be considered.
• At least six months of relevant experience in client services, programme coordination or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office management systems.

4. Accountant

📍 ESAMI Headquarters

This is a short-term engagement supporting financial management while leading the digitisation and automation of finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial management.
• Lead digitisation and automation of finance processes.
• Support integration of the ADV Accounting System with Power BI and appropriate AI tools.
• Support automated financial reporting.
• Strengthen financial controls.
• Support ERP implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Business Administration or closely related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and IT, Finance, Business Administration or closely related discipline from a recognised institution.
• Only candidates with First Class or Upper Second Class will be considered.
• Professional qualification such as CPA(T), ACCA, CA or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a busy and dynamic environment.
• Certification or formal training in Power BI, data analytics, ERP systems, information systems audit or digital transformation is an added advantage.
