Jubaili Agrotec is looking for a Billing Operator Intern to join its team in Dar es Salaam.

This opportunity is suitable for a detail-oriented and organised candidate who is comfortable working with billing, sales, stock-related and financial documentation.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day billing and stock billing operations, including preparing documentation, processing sales and delivery orders, handling petty cash and cash box payments, preparing and filing invoices, managing IOUs, and processing warehouse transfers.

Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, together with relevant work experience, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare papers and documentation for stock billing operations.
• Process petty cash payments and postings.
• Receive Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
• Post Sales Orders.
• Post Delivery Orders.
• Process cash box payments.
• Prepare and file invoices.
• Open and close IOUs.
• Process Transfer In and Transfer Out transactions.
• Process transfers between warehouses.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Excel.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle financial and operational documentation responsibly.
• Ability to work effectively with billing, sales and stock-related documentation.
