• Dodoma (1 Position)
• Meatu (1 Position)
• Iringa (1 Position)
• Arusha (1 Position)
• Moshi (1 Position) 

Key Responsibilities

• Support entrepreneur mobilization activities
• Assist with training and mentorship programs
• Support business development initiatives
• Manage beneficiaries' data and records
• Conduct field monitoring activities
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and engagement activities

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Community Development, Agribusiness, Commerce, Microfinance, or related fields
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and willing to work with communities
• Passion for community empowerment and enterprise development
• Ability to work in rural and peri-urban communities
