Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training programme across various departments.
• Work towards achieving agreed learning objectives and performance goals.
• Learn and understand the Bank’s functions, policies, processes, and best practices.
• Support initiatives that safeguard the Bank’s assets and profitability.
• Contribute to fostering a high-performance culture.
• Deliver results against challenging performance targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and other reports as required.
• Accept delegated responsibilities and actively engage in skills development activities.
