Key Responsibilities

•Identify and convert potential loan opportunities while achieving monthly business targets.

•Conduct field sales activities and generate quality leads.

•Educate customers on credit products and repayment requirements.

•Monitor loan portfolio performance and maintain portfolio quality.

•Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support business growth.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

•Minimum one year experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.

•Knowledge of loan products and financial services.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
