IT Support Interns.

The Tanzania Federation of Cooperatives (TFC) is seeking motivated and talented graduates to join the organization as IT Support Interns.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support to staff and users
• Assist with website content updates and backend support (where applicable)
• Troubleshoot common user and system issues
• Support non‑technical staff with IT-related challenges
• Help ensure proper data security, safe file handling, and confidentiality
• Perform other IT support duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in ICT or a related field, or equivalent technical preparation
• Ability to support website content management or backend work (added advantage)
• Basic understanding of data security and confidentiality
• Ability to troubleshoot common user issues
• Patience and ability to work with non‑technical staff
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic institutional environment
