Tellers Interns

WAT SACCOS is seeking qualified and motivated Tellers Interns to support membership growth, customer engagement, and banking operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial services, customer service, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote membership, loan, and savings products to individuals, groups, and businesses.
• Conduct field marketing, door-to-door campaigns, and community outreach activities.
• Educate prospective clients on available products, benefits, and application procedures.
• Assist new members with registration and required documentation.
• Collect customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints for follow-up and resolution.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations, cash handling procedures, and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of banking and financial systems.
