Salary and Benefits
FHI 360 states the following expected annual basic salary ranges:

Senior Technical Officer: TZS 68 million to 90 million, approximately TZS 5.67 million to 7.5 million monthly.

Regional Technical Officers: TZS 52 million to 65 million, approximately TZS 4.33 million to 5.42 million monthly.
Actual salary offers depend on relevant qualifications, experience, internal equity and available budgets. Monthly figures are annual basic salaries divided by 12, not confirmed monthly take-home pay.
