🔹 1. Internal Audit Officer (IAO) – 02 Posts
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit audit reports to the CEO and Group Internal Auditor in a timely manner
- Conduct internal audits in line with approved audit manuals, policies, and procedures
- Analyze data to identify control weaknesses, fraud, inefficiencies, and non-compliance
- Perform operational, financial, and compliance audits
- Review branch operations for efficiency, cost control, and adherence to KPIs
- Conduct fraud investigations and special audit assignments
- Maintain audit working papers and proper audit trail documentation
- Participate in system audits (CBS, DFS) to assess IT controls
- Train branch staff on internal controls and compliance requirements
Academic & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) is a MUST
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in Accounting/Finance
- Preferable experience in Microfinance Institutions/Banks/Audit Firms
- Proficient in MS Office and financial systems (e.g., SAP)
🔹 2. Human Resources Officer (HRO) – 02 Posts
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR and organizational development strategies
- Coordinate recruitment, training, performance management, and staff movement
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Maintain HR records, staff benefits, and insurance schemes
- Prepare monthly HR reports and HR analytics
- Support performance management systems and KPI tracking
- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
Academic & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ professional experience as an HR Officer
- Preferably experience in Microfinance Institutions/Banks
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
🔹 3. Accounts Manager – 01 Post
Key Responsibilities
- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely postings
- Prepare statutory returns (PAYE, SDL, NSSF, HESLB)
- Manage taxation, payroll, and financial transactions
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage banking relationships and fixed asset registers
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
Academic & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification is an added advantage
- Strong experience in financial reporting and compliance
- High attention to detail and integrity
