Minimum Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Human Resource Management
- Related field
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and HR functions
✅ Knowledge of:
- Accounting principles
- Payroll processing
- Statutory deductions and remittances
- HR administration
✅ Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Accounting software
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
✅ High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
✔ Process payroll and ensure timely statutory remittances
✔ Manage petty cash, payments, and account reconciliations
✔ Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
✔ Maintain personnel files and HR documentation
✔ Assist in preparing financial and HR reports
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and tax regulations
✔ Perform any other duties assigned by management
