✅ Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned insurance sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank stakeholders (branch managers, relationship managers)
- Prepare insurance quotations and share proforma invoices when required
- Engage prospective clients and recommend suitable products
- Manage client portfolio to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and market trends
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related business field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
