Job Description

The Business Development Officer will drive business growth by identifying loan opportunities, managing credit processes, and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio while achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and converting high-potential loan opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a 100% collection rate.
  • Conduct credit analysis including client assessment, loan structuring, and collateral evaluation.
  • Prepare and submit accurate credit proposals with complete documentation.
  • Monitor loan portfolio performance and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Provide market insights and mentor junior officers to improve performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of car loans or similar financial products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and trust.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of achieving sales targets.
