Country Fleet Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Country Fleet Manager with a strong background in Fleet or Logistics Management and a high level of integrity to oversee and manage a fleet of approximately 1,200 vehicles operating across Congo and other countries in East and Central Africa.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage large-scale fleet operations across multiple countries
• Ensure efficient utilization, maintenance, and performance of the fleet
• Implement fleet management strategies to optimize cost and operational efficiency
• Monitor compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Lead and manage fleet teams across different regions
• Provide reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in Fleet Management, Logistics Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing large fleets at a senior level
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong integrity and professionalism
• Experience in multi-country or regional fleet operations is highly preferred
