DUTY STATIONS: Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya & Dar es Salaam

JOB SUMMARY

The CRM Specialist will implement customer relationship initiatives, drive sales promotions, and support new product launches. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, improving market penetration, and increasing sales performance across assigned regions. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention

•Drive and execute sales promotions in the market

•Support launch and promotion of new products (including Cuettie)

•Monitor market trends and collect customer feedback

•Strengthen relationships with wholesalers and retail outlets

•Support initiatives aimed at improving market penetration and sales performance 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

•Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

•Familiarity with wholesale and retail markets (especially Arusha and similar regions)

•Experience in product promotion or FMCG sales is an added advantage
