Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls and digital channels
- Provide accurate information about services/products
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Record and report customer interactions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Age: Below 35 years
- Strong understanding of the betting industry
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Minimum education: Advanced Certificate / Certificate / Diploma
- Degree is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and smartphone usage skills
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role (added advantage)
