Tanzania Enlightenment Development Innovations (TEDI) is seeking two Field Officers to support project implementation, community engagement, and field-level operations in Tabora Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement project activities at the community level
• Conduct field visits, data collection, and reporting
• Engage with beneficiaries and local stakeholders
• Support monitoring and evaluation activities
• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field
• Experience in fieldwork or community-based projects is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in rural environments
