✅ Key Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive correspondence
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups
- Handle administrative and office coordination tasks
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all duties
- Support communication between management and departments
- Perform multitasking duties in a fast-paced environment
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation
- Ability to manage schedules and executive communications
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driving license and confident driving skills required
- Turkish language is an added advantage
