The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Tanzanian Labour Laws, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and overall HR administration.

✅ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labour laws
- Drive performance management and staff development initiatives
- Coordinate training, policies, and HR administration
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee records
- Implement HR best practices and systems
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of Tanzanian Labour Laws and HR practices
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Turkish language is an added advantage
