Inventory Officer (1 Position)

Paones General Trading Company Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to manage inventory of ICT equipment and other company assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, stock control, reconciliation, and supporting procurement and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming ICT equipment and inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
• Issue inventory in accordance with approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and recommend timely replenishment.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and internal controls.
• Support audits and coordinate with Procurement, ICT, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or stores operations.
• Experience managing ICT equipment inventory will be an added advantage.
• Experience using inventory management systems or ERP software is an added advantage.

Added Advantage

Candidates with knowledge and practical skills in:

• ICT equipment management
• Computer networking devices
• Printers and accessories
• ICT asset management

will have an added advantage.
