About the Role
Le Mersenne Beach Resort Zanzibar, part of the prestigious Autograph Collection, is located on the scenic Michamvi Peninsula and offers a luxury hospitality experience in a tropical paradise.
We are seeking a Junior Sales Officer to support day‑to‑day sales activities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about hospitality, sales, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales activities and client coordination
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners
- Assist with sales reporting, planning, and follow‑up activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to support revenue growth
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and sales management principles
- High level of motivation, initiative, and goal‑oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hospitality sales environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or sales is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is preferred
