Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate logistics operations using GPRS tracking systems and fleet management tools
• Maintain and analyze operational data using Excel and advanced data analysis techniques
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and dispatch teams to optimize delivery schedules and inventory management
• Generate daily and weekly logistics reports and performance metrics
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Ensure compliance with delivery timelines and customer satisfaction standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of GPRS, GPS fleet tracking, and real-time monitoring systems
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
• Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities
• Excellent team coordination and communication skills
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and proactiveness
• Strong problem-solving skills with quick issue resolution
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
