Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a client operating in the sustainable agricultural production and supply chain industry.
The client is seeking a highly reliable Marketing & Content Assistant (Execution‑Focused) who can execute marketing tasks quickly, consistently, and with strong attention to detail across all digital and brand platforms.
This is not a strategy role. Direction will be provided. The role is output‑driven, with clear weekly deliverables across social media, design, website updates, and marketing materials.
Your responsibility is to turn ideas into high‑quality, structured outputs and ensure consistent execution across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Execution (Instagram & LinkedIn)
- Design Instagram posts aligned with brand direction
- Format LinkedIn posts with a clean, structured, professional tone
- Prepare and schedule content across platforms
- Edit videos, reels, stories, and short‑form content
2. LinkedIn & B2B Content Support
- Execute LinkedIn content based on company strategy
- Ensure clarity, readability, and consistency
- Maintain consistent posting cadence and visual identity
3. Website & Digital Updates
- Upload and update website content
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across pages
- Assist in structuring content clearly and professionally
4. Marketing Materials & Brand Assets
- Design and update brochures, catalogues, presentations, and trade materials
- Ensure all materials follow a clean, structured, professional layout
5. Visual & Brand Consistency
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Apply brand direction across all outputs
6. Execution & Coordination
- Turn rough ideas into finished outputs quickly
- Suggest improvements when clarity or structure can be improved
- Track tasks and follow through without constant reminders
- Ensure deadlines and weekly deliverables are met
Skills & Competencies
Core Skills
- Canva and layout design (clean, structured, professional)
- Social media execution (Instagram & LinkedIn)
- Basic video editing (reels and short‑form content)
- Website content management (uploading, formatting, updating)
Marketing & Content Skills
- Brochure, catalogue, and presentation design
- Content structuring and information organization
- Basic understanding of branding and audience differences (B2B vs consumer)
Tools & Systems
- Canva, Google Drive, scheduling tools
- Strong file organization and workflow management
Execution Skills
- Strong time management and deadline discipline
- Ability to respond within working hours
- High attention to detail
- Clear communication and ability to take feedback
- Initiative and problem‑solving mindset
Bonus (Added Advantage)
- Experience with B2B or export‑focused brands
- Experience creating brochures or corporate materials
- Strong understanding of structured, professional branding
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a marketing strategist or manager
- Not a purely creative role without structure
- Not a role that requires step‑by‑step hand‑holding
