Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate site activities and project teams.
• Ensure quality standards and project specifications are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and manage project risks.
• Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder communication.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Prepare project reports and performance updates.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience in Construction, Glass, Aluminium, UPVC, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Excellent site coordination and team leadership abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
• High attention to detail with strong accountability and ownership.
• Candidates based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania will have an added advantage.
