Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate site activities and project teams.
- Ensure quality standards and project specifications are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and manage project risks.
- Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder communication.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Prepare project reports and performance updates.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
- Experience in Construction, Glass, Aluminium, UPVC, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
- Excellent site coordination and team leadership abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- High attention to detail with strong accountability and ownership.
- Candidates based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania will have an added advantage.
