Cute Looks is a beauty house which is specialized in hair, make up and bridal care. Cute Looks is seeking to hire an Admin Assistant for its beauty house located in Ada Estate, Dar es Salaam. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth service delivery, managing the salon team and maintaining high standards of customer service. The candidate is expected to have a passion for wellness and beauty, ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Purpose
To provide front-office support, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and receive visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
- Maintain office records and filing systems
- Support scheduling, coordination, and general office activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office and basic systems)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and organization
