Requirements

•Minimum 2 years' experience as a Reservations Manager in luxury hospitality.

•Proficiency in PMS and OTA management systems.

•Knowledge of revenue management principles.

•Proven leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead reservation operations and processes.

•Optimize room inventory and revenue opportunities.

•Manage customer booking experiences.

•Coordinate reservation teams across properties.

2. Reservations Executives

Requirements

•Minimum 2 years' experience in reservations, front office, or a similar hospitality role.

•Excellent communication and customer service skills.

•Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities.

•Proficiency in PMS, reservation, and booking systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle reservations and customer inquiries.

•Manage booking records and confirmations.

•Support front-office and guest experience operations.

•Maintain reservation accuracy and reporting.

3. Sales Manager

Requirements

•Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager in luxury hospitality.

•Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

•Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

•Demonstrated leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

•Build and maintain key customer relationships.

4. Sales Coordinator
