KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and submit Sales and Marketing reports, including:
  • Daily Sales Report
  • Orders Status Report
  • Customer Order Movement Report
• Process and follow up on Proforma Invoices
• Follow up on purchase orders from customers
• Maintain and update customer lists, prices, and information
• Send relevant information and updates to customers
• Coordinate with Customers for transportation of dispatched goods
• Handle sending and follow‑up of invoices
• Cross‑check all sales reports before submission to Finance
• Perform any other duties as assigned
