Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect customer vehicles and prepare job cards.
- Prepare service and repair quotations, estimates and invoices.
- Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide customers with regular updates regarding repair progress.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints and warranty claims professionally.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the service journey.
- Monitor vehicle turnaround times and support timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience within an automotive dealership, garage or service center will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of vehicle inspection, diagnostics and repair processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong automotive technical and product knowledge.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Professional handling of customer complaints and warranty cases.

- Proficiency in both English and Swahili.
