Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect customer vehicles and prepare job cards.
• Prepare service and repair quotations, estimates and invoices.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Provide customers with regular updates regarding repair progress.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and warranty claims professionally.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the service journey.
• Monitor vehicle turnaround times and support timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience within an automotive dealership, garage or service center will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of vehicle inspection, diagnostics and repair processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong automotive technical and product knowledge.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Professional handling of customer complaints and warranty cases.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in both English and Swahili.
