Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, goods, and supplies.
• Verify the quantity and quality of received items against delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Arrange and store materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
• Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel according to approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory registers.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damage, and discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent loss, damage, or deterioration of items.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and secure at all times.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two to three years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
