Once payment is verified, open My Support, complete your brief and upload your CV privately. Your dashboard shows the assigned specialist, service updates and documents. Active Premium members can request their included WhatsApp invitation from My Access.
Does this guarantee a job or interview?
No. You are purchasing career preparation and recruitment support. Employers make their own hiring decisions. An employer contacted is not an interview secured.
What happens after 30 days?
Premium support and subscription benefits expire unless you choose to renew. There is no automatic renewal. Application Packs are separate one-time services.
Will my profile be posted publicly?
Only with your explicit approval of the exact content and channels. Executive positioning starts confidentially. You may withdraw permission for future distribution from your dashboard.
What is the refund policy?
The current JobsTanzania service terms state that service fees are charged upfront and refundable only if the service has not started. Read the full terms before payment. Contact HumanValue with your order reference for assistance.
Can I keep applying without buying support?
Yes. Optional career assistance does not replace the vacancy’s legitimate application route. Existing Premium-marked vacancies explain any subscription requirement separately.
First-response targets use weekdays. Public holidays and incomplete intake can affect timing. Separately priced courses are not included unless explicitly stated.
