HumanValue Consulting Limited, on behalf of our esteemed client AutoXpress Tanzania, invites motivated and ambitious graduates to apply for three paid internship opportunities in Dar es Salaam.

This intensive three-month internship programme provides practical workplace experience and exposure to different business functions. Selected interns will have the opportunity to develop professional skills, discover their strengths, gain commercial awareness and explore their career interests.

AutoXpress Tanzania operates in the automotive products and vehicle-care services industry.

Eligible Academic Fields

Applications are invited from candidates with qualifications in:

• Engineering

• Business Administration

• Accounting and Finance

• Supply Chain and Logistics

Note: There are three internship positions in total across the listed academic fields.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities

Selected interns will:

• Support supervised daily assignments relevant to their academic background and assigned department.

• Participate in different business activities to gain practical workplace experience.

• Use Microsoft Excel to organise information, maintain records and prepare basic reports.

• Develop professional communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

• Work collaboratively with experienced professionals and respond positively to feedback.

• Demonstrate initiative, responsibility and a strong willingness to learn.

• Adapt quickly to new assignments and support departmental objectives.

• Build practical knowledge of workplace operations and professional standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a relevant academic qualification in one of the specified fields.

• Have a minimum GPA of 3.5, stating the applicable grading scale and optionally attaching an academic transcript.

• Demonstrate initiative, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.

• Possess good spoken and written English communication skills.

• Have practical Microsoft Excel proficiency (NO SKILLS DO NOT APPLY)

• Demonstrate professional conduct, punctuality, reliability and teamwork.

• Be willing to undertake different assignments and learn from workplace experience.

Monthly Internship Allowance

The programme offers a monthly gross facilitation allowance of TZS 300,000 – 450,000.

The initial allowance is TZS 300,000 gross per month.

Interns who demonstrate excellent performance may qualify for an increase to TZS 400,000 and 450,000 gross per month from the second and third month, subject to the client's performance review.

Please note: The allowance increase is performance-dependent and is not automatic.

Relevant certificates in the following areas are an added advantage:

• Microsoft Excel

• AI Productivity

• Professional Behaviour at Work

• Other relevant professional or technical training
