HumanValue Consulting Limited is recruiting six Graduate Trainees on behalf of our esteemed client, AutoXpress Tanzania. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates who combine strong numerical ability with initiative, attention to detail and a willingness to learn across different tasks.

Eligible fields

• Procurement and Supply Chain Management
• Transport and Logistics
• Engineering

What you will do

• Support supervised operational assignments relevant to your academic background and department.
• Work on different tasks to develop practical knowledge, adaptability and professional confidence.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organise information, perform numerical calculations and prepare accurate reports.
• Summarise and analyse data using PivotTables and appropriate Excel formulas.
• Check figures and records carefully, identify discrepancies and communicate findings clearly.
• Work with colleagues, act on feedback and learn new job requirements quickly.

Qualifications and requirements

• A recent qualification in one of the eligible fields; 2025 or 2026 graduates are preferred.
• Minimum GPA: 3.5. State the applicable grading scale.
• Strong thinking skills, numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Practical Microsoft Excel proficiency, particularly PivotTables and formulas for multiple data and mathematical calculations.
• Candidates must pass a relevant practical Excel test as part of selection.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Fast learning, self-initiative, sound personal character and strong teamwork.
• Willingness to handle multiple tasks, respond promptly and meet workplace requirements.

Gross monthly salary and performance progression

• Starting salary: TZS 600,000 gross per month.
• May increase to TZS 700,000 gross per month within the next two months, subject to excellent performance.
• May increase to TZS 1,000,000 gross per month after six months, subject to excellent performance and continued engagement.

Salary increases and any continuation beyond the six-month programme depend on the client’s review; they are not automatic.

Optional certificates

Relevant certificates in Excel, procurement, supply chain, transport, logistics, engineering, AI Productivity or Professional Behaviour at Work are an added advantage. All certificate uploads are optional. Candidates may submit without certificates. Practical Excel competence will be assessed separately.

Optional learning: Workplace Excel Essentials — HumanValue Learning Center. Equivalent certificates are welcome. A course purchase is not required and does not guarantee shortlisting or appointment.
