An opportunity is available for an HR Consultant to undertake a short-term Human Resources Audit project in Morocco, Dar es Salaam.

The engagement is initially scheduled for three weeks, with the possibility of an extension.

The selected consultant will support HR audit activities involving employee information gathering, surveys, interviews, document reviews, compliance assessments and preparation of findings and corrective action recommendations.

The assignment requires strong report-writing skills, attention to detail and the ability to complete assigned tasks within project timelines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. HR Audit Execution

• Complete assigned HR audit tasks accurately and within agreed timelines.

• Support the assessment of existing HR practices, documentation and procedures.

2. Information Gathering and Assessment

• Gather relevant HR information through surveys.

• Conduct interviews and assessments.

• Collect and organise information required to support audit findings.

3. Audit Reporting and Recommendations

• Document HR audit findings.

• Prepare clear reports and supporting documentation.

• Recommend corrective action plans based on identified findings.

4. HR Policy and Document Review

• Review existing HR documentation.

• Support updates to HR policies.

• Provide recommendations for improvements to HR documentation and practices.
