1. Medical Specialist II – 5 Positions
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to inpatients and outpatients on clinical matters.
- Assist in teaching and supervising medical students.

Qualifications & Experience
- Doctor of Medicine degree.
- Master’s degree in Medicine, Dentistry or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- At least two years of working experience in an applicable medical specialty.
- Relevant specialties include Anaesthesia, Radiology, Dermatology, ENT, Paediatrics, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Oncology, Orthopaedics and Trauma, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Urology or Dental.
- Must be registered with the Tanganyika Medical Council.

2. Medical Doctor II – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical duties and daily ward rounds with specialists on call.
- Prepare patient case notes and reports.
- Conduct patient investigations.
- Attend general outpatient clinics and emergency medical duties.
- Prepare patients for surgery or other procedures.
- Conduct post-operative follow-ups.
- Participate fully in clinical sessions, patient presentations and journal clubs.
- Participate in medical research.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
Qualifications & Experience
- Doctor of Medicine degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- One year of internship from a recognized university.
- Must be registered with the Tanganyika Medical Council.

3. Assistant Nursing Officer II – 2 Positions
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients.
- Organize and assist clients and relatives in supporting patients’ well-being.
- Create and maintain a harmonious working environment for personnel.
- Liaise with staff from other disciplines contributing to patients’ well-being.
- Involve patients and relatives in care and rehabilitation.
- Maintain an updated inventory and promptly report any loss or damage.
- Maintain staff records and leave schedules for nursing staff in the assigned unit.
- Plan and conduct ward rounds and carry out subsequent instructions.
- Order and maintain proper records of DDA and other drugs, including checking validity and expiry dates.
- Assist staff in practising new trends in nursing care and participating in research.
- Demonstrate faithfulness, love and compassion while caring for and comforting patients.
- Keep abreast of new knowledge and skills through self-development and participation in scientific activities.

- Diploma in Nursing from a recognized college.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and attend to visitors.
- Handle different types of communications.
- Receive, sort and file mail accordingly.
- Type letters, minutes, reports and other documents as instructed.
- Initiate and maintain an effective filing system.
- Maintain the file movement register within the office.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma Certificate in Secretarial Studies.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- Shorthand or Hatimkato speed of 100 words per minute.
- Advanced computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, internet, email and Publisher.
- Good command of English and Swahili.
- Knowledge of modern office equipment, computers and other office machines.

5. Transport Officer II – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the institution’s transport services.
- Ensure drivers follow instructions contained in the motor-vehicle service manual.
- Follow up on the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles in cooperation with the garage supervisor.
- Check logbooks to confirm that recorded fuel consumption corresponds with the mileage covered.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Transport and Logistics Management, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Clean Class C or Class E driving licence.
- Information and communication technology skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Transport-service coordination.
