Key Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Team Supervision

• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.

• Evaluate sales performance and identify areas requiring attention.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Support effective communication with customers and other relevant stakeholders.

Sales Execution and Reporting

• Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies.

• Support product and brand visibility.

• Report sales progress and market feedback to management.

Distribution Support

• Support distributors.

• Facilitate smooth stock movement.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.

Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in sales supervision.

• Previous experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Communication Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Kiswahili.

Leadership and Professional Skills

• Strong leadership skills.

• Negotiation skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly:

• Microsoft Word.

• Microsoft Excel.

• Microsoft PowerPoint.
