Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Support menu preparation and food production activities.
• Ensure food quality and consistency.
• Assist with stock management and inventory control.
• Follow food safety and health regulations.

2. Assistant Baker

The Assistant Baker will work with Leto Bakery to assist in bakery production and preparation of baked goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of bakery products.
• Assist in dough preparation and baking processes.
• Maintain cleanliness within bakery operations.
• Ensure quality control of baked products.
• Assist in inventory and ingredient management.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate, Diploma or relevant training in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Bakery, Hospitality, or related field.
• Previous practical experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong commitment to quality service delivery.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
