Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Social Science or a related field.

• At least three years' experience as a branch or unit manager in the credit function of a financial institution serving micro and SME clients.

• Lending and relationship-management experience.

• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and people-management skills.

• Strong communication, presentation and reporting skills.

• High integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a branch team of at least seven staff.

• Grow and maintain a quality loan portfolio.

• Prepare and implement annual branch budgets and business-development plans.

• Achieve branch profitability and cost-control objectives.
