Client Success Associate Vacancy, 2 Positions

Paveway Africa Ltd is recruiting two Client Success Associates for a client operating in the capital markets and stock brokerage sector. The full-time, on-site positions are based in Dar es Salaam and sit within Client Services and Operations.

The role focuses on delivering professional client support, facilitating onboarding, resolving service issues, maintaining accurate records and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Assist clients with onboarding and the preparation of required documentation.
• Follow up on client requests, complaints and service issues through resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are addressed.
• Provide product and service guidance and educate clients about company processes.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities.
• Ensure client interactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Customer Service Management or a related field.
• One to three years of experience in client relations, customer service, operations, banking, financial services or a related environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities in English and Swahili.
• Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Experience in financial services, capital markets, stock brokerage or financial technology is an added advantage.
