We are looking for a Tanzanian cook with proven experience to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate possesses a genuine passion for gastronomy, an excellent command of culinary techniques, and the ability to work across various global culinary traditions.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparation and service of international cuisine. A minimum of 3–5 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles at international-standard hotels, resorts, or restaurants is required.
• In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques and the presentation of international dishes.
• A strong sense of responsibility, precision, and the ability to work well under pressure.
