Key Responsibilities
The Corporate Credit Analyst will be responsible for:
- Ensuring full compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the timely and proactive application for waivers relating to likely breaches of concentration ceilings submitted to the Bank of Tanzania.
- Attending promptly to matters relating to security formalisation to facilitate timely drawdowns.
- Undertaking business and client appraisals for loan applications to ensure compliance with lending criteria.
- Gathering and analysing financial information to evaluate business profitability for lending purposes.
- Ensuring the correct application of approved pricing rates.
- Identifying and providing justification for deviations from the approved pricing structure where necessary.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
- At least three years of experience in corporate credit analysis.
- Good organisational, planning and analytical skills.
