Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Credit Analyst will be responsible for:

• Ensuring full compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting the timely and proactive application for waivers relating to likely breaches of concentration ceilings submitted to the Bank of Tanzania.
• Attending promptly to matters relating to security formalisation to facilitate timely drawdowns.
• Undertaking business and client appraisals for loan applications to ensure compliance with lending criteria.
• Gathering and analysing financial information to evaluate business profitability for lending purposes.
• Ensuring the correct application of approved pricing rates.
• Identifying and providing justification for deviations from the approved pricing structure where necessary.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• At least three years of experience in corporate credit analysis.
• Good organisational, planning and analytical skills.
