The successful candidate will lead financial control, revenue assurance and performance management for one of Bravo Group's newly established dry ports.

Bravo Group operates across inland container depots, container freight stations, warehousing, cargo handling, clearing and forwarding, road transportation, rail logistics, bulk cargo and specialized terminal operations. Financial Controller

Scope of the Role

The Financial Controller will oversee:

• Financial control.
• Revenue capture and collection.
• Budgeting.
• Cash-flow management.
• Cost and profitability analysis.
• Compliance.
• Audit readiness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Financial Controller will:

• Lead financial control across the ICD, CFS and Bulk Terminal.
• Ensure every container, ton of cargo and chargeable service is accurately captured, invoiced, collected and reconciled.
• Establish controls to prevent revenue leakage, unauthorized discounts and unbilled services.
• Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow reports.
• Develop separate profitability and P&L reporting for ICD, CFS and Bulk Terminal operations.
• Monitor revenue, operating costs, margins, receivables and working capital.
• Develop cost-per-container and cost-per-ton performance analysis.
• Lead credit control and customer collections.
• Maintain strong internal controls, statutory compliance and audit readiness.
• Support management with commercial analysis, pricing and investment decisions.
• Drive digital transformation within Finance through automated billing, ERP integration, digital approvals, real-time dashboards, data analytics and cashless/paper-light processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial control, management accounting or finance management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Financial-reporting experience.

Professional Qualification Preferred

• CPA
• ACCA
• Or equivalent professional qualification.

Industry Experience Advantage

Experience within any of the following is highly desirable:

• Ports.
• ICD/CFS operations.
• Logistics.
• Warehousing.
• Transport.
• Bulk terminals.
• Other high-volume operations.

Experience in digital transformation, automation and data analytics will be a strong advantage. 1790681475060
