Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Communication or an equivalent field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, contact centre or customer support is preferred.
- Fresh graduates may also be considered.
- Strong digital skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to work with CRM and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (MS Suite) and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Good time-management skills.
