TEN Ventures Co. is recruiting a Direct Sales Officer on behalf of a gifting and lifestyle business in Kahama.
The business offers personalised gifts, corporate hampers, event planning, decorations and other lifestyle-related products and services.
The successful candidate will identify potential customers, promote products and services, maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to sales growth.
The position is suitable for a motivated, results-driven sales professional capable of working independently and pursuing sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement

Identify and approach potential customers, including individuals, businesses and organisations.

Present and promote the company's products and services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Market Development

Identify new sales opportunities within the Kahama market.

Represent the brand at local events, corporate visits and community activities.

Collect market feedback and communicate relevant insights to the team.
Sales Reporting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

Prepare regular updates on sales performance.

Report relevant market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
Experience

At least one to two years of sales experience.

Previous experience in retail, FMCG or lifestyle/gifting businesses is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary: TZS 500,000.
