NUMET is seeking to recruit a qualified, competent, and motivated individual to fill the position of Finance and Administration Officer.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Union’s financial records, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
- Prepare periodic financial statements and reports in compliance with applicable standards
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the Union
- Ensure proper management of office resources and assets
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain payroll records and ensure timely processing of staff payments
- Assist in procurement processes and contract management
- Provide administrative support to Union leadership and programs
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional qualifications such as CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting systems
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
