Key Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

• Preparing and processing journal entries.
• Managing intercompany reconciliations and reporting.
• Preparing and maintaining sub-ledger reconciliations.
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supporting month-end General Ledger closing activities.
• Preparing Country on a Page (COAP) reports and associated balance sheet notes.
• Coordinating interim and annual external audits.
• Preparing year-end reporting packs in compliance with IFRS standards.
• Preparing annual financial statements.
• Responding promptly to internal and external audit queries.
• Conducting internal controls reviews.
• Managing and maintaining the fixed asset register.
• Supporting SAP S/4HANA General Ledger and reconciliation processes.
• Assisting with financial modelling and reporting activities.
• Performing financial analysis and variance analysis.
• Supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assisting with forecasting and FP&A activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Experience in audit coordination and financial statement preparation.
