HumanValue Consulting is currently recruiting on behalf of a respected Microfinance Banking Institution in Mara Region.

Are you looking to start or grow your career in microfinance, banking, sales, or customer relationship management? We are seeking three (3) energetic and target-driven Loan Officers to join a growing financial services institution committed to empowering communities through financial inclusion.

Position Details

• Position: Loan Officer
• Vacancies: 3
• Location: Mara Region, Tanzania
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Industry: Microfinance & Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential loan clients
• Assess and process loan applications
• Support loan disbursement activities
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor loan performance and repayment
• Conduct field visits and community engagement activities

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must possess any of the following:

• Form IV (CSEE)
• Form VI (ACSEE)
• Certificate, Diploma, or other College Qualification in any field

Added Advantage

Experience in any of the following areas will be highly considered:

• Microfinance
• Banking
• Sales & Marketing
• Lending Operations
• Customer Service
• Community Outreach

Salary & Benefits

Net Salary: TZS 300,000 per month
